Joint Conference by ADGM & ICSID

Kishorre Jaichandni, Founder and Managing Director of CAVEAT CAPITAL had the privilege to be a part of a joint conference at ADGM and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on 23 April, 2025 on behalf of CAVEAT CAPITAL bringing together global experts in investment arbitration in Abu Dhabi. The conference focused on discussing conflicts and investment protection in the realm of construction disputes. Speakers delved into the substantive protections available, the various types of investment disputes that may arise, and key issues surrounding procedure, provisional measures, and the enforcement of awards. 
Special thanks to Natali Sequeira from The World Bank Group for joining as panel speaker who discuss the challenges and complexities of the ISDS in the infrastructure and construction sectors in the MENA region while considering the impact of technology, innovation and new dispute resolution mechanisms at ICSID at The World Bank Group.
