Annual Arbitration Court Summit

Kishorre Jaichandni, Founder and Managing Director of CAVEAT CAPITAL actively participated at the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD)’s Annual Court Summit at ADGM in Abu Dhabi on 28th January 2026.

The Summit offered an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the inner workings of arbitrateAD’s international Court of Arbitration – comprised of globally recognized legal and arbitration experts from around the world – and explored what this means for the Centre’s growing caseload. The Summit also featured a series of key institutional announcements, including the launch of arbitrateAD’s new Mediation Rules and Adjudicator Appointment Rules. These developments mark an important expansion of the Centre’s service offerings and reinforce its commitment to accessible, efficient, and world-class dispute resolution.
Led by Ms Maria Chedid, President of the Arbitration Court, the event also highlighted arbitrateAD’s and Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a leading regional and global hub for dispute resolution. The Summit was attended by H.E. Dr Ali bin Harmal Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Board of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre; Mr Gary Born, Vice Chair of the Arbitration Court; Board Members H.E. Khaled AlFahim and H.E. Salem Al Darei; Ms Maria Mazzawi (FCIArb), Registrar of the Centre; as well as senior judges, leading international arbitration practitioners, decision-makers, and business leaders from the UAE and around the world.

Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) acts as a neutral and impartial dispute resolution forum for commercial and government entities.
